Fantastic location close to major attractions and excellent shopping options. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, making communication easy and enjoyable.
Wi-Fi was challenging to access and often frustrating. The breakfast area felt chaotic with frequent shortages on the buffet.

The deluxe queen room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bathroom amenities were well thought out, and the shower provided a refreshing experience.
The room showed signs of needing an upgrade, like rough woodwork that was hard on the eyes. Wi-Fi access was a hassle, often requiring multiple attempts to connect, and the breakfast buffet was chaotic at best, with many dishes served lukewarm and a lack of organization among the food options.

i really enjoyed my stay at grand mercure. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the forbidden city and tiananmen square. the breakfast was tasty, especially the pastries and coffee. also, a big shoutout to tina from the restaurant who provided excellent service during lunch.
the room was spacious but felt a bit outdated.

Awesome Little Getaway!
I had such a chill stay! Booked a massage and it was incredible – full hour of relaxation! The pool area was nice, but you gotta wear a swim cap. The breakfast blew me away, tons of options! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger at times.
